Yes, Elemental Chaos is going on hiatus, I was dead serious about that.
BUT... I'm going to finish the prologue, and even ink it.
Now, the reasoning:I've had a lot of feedback on the comic and the character of Nova, most of it negative, it was discouraging, many of my friend's know this as the reason, I haven't been uploading in awhile. This is the truth. I felt that Elemental Chaos was not worth working on after that, especially with the 2+ years working on it. It seemed like my efforts were for naught. Now, I wanted to state that before you tell me something similar to, "It's your character, and their opinion shouldn't matter either way." that these people who criticized him were absolutely correct.
I was told by some very good sources, if not the best artists, what was wrong with Nova. I took it as hatred, or belittling, but it was helpful nonetheless, which I only found out about by analyzing their words. Yet, there were positive things to come out of it. It was only thanks to my close friends that I was able to get back that "spark," so to speak. (Yea, I know what I'm saying sounds like a mismatched analogy lol) Now with that cause, I'm working on a newer version of Nova and story for him. I don't plan to completely redesign him, I plan to make him look more stylized. Many aspects are not defined in appearance, I mean who can seriously look at the guy and say he's a jerk? My point.
Another thing I's like to address, is in my own personal life, I have "lost energy" if that makes sense. I really don't feel like doing anything at all, it's a bad feeling that I want to stop, it's interrupting my art and classwork. It maybe my weird sleeping patterns, sleeping at 7 PM, waking at 12 AM and staying up the rest of the day, and I'm just tired is all. If anyway can tell me what causes this feeling. would feel my gratitude.
What I take from it is, I need to get better, and how do I do that?
WHY, REQUESTS OF COURSE! I got nothing better to do with the comic on hold anyway.
I would personally like to thank all those people who commented on my last journal, as well as my IM and real life friends, who gave their support for me, I really appreciate it! ^^By the way, what do you guys think of this snazzy journal? I just figured out how to do these. X3 'Course it's only for a little while then DA makes them for subbers only again. lol
So, yes Requests, that means I draw what you want and all you have to do is ask. There are a few guidelines I'd like to list though.
No porn, or very provocative pics, I will draw girls or guys with very little to no clothing on, (like swimwear) but nothing in the buff, (unless it's a male Sonic FC or OFC) or them, "smashing" each other.
I'll probably be doing them in the order in which I feel, so if you ask first it may not get done right away, please don't yell at me for this, I need to be in certain moods to draw certain things, most artists are like this.
Don't pester me from day's start to end, about if it's done yet, and get mad if it isn't.
Lastly, BE SPECIFIC! I've had too much trouble with vague descriptions. XD
Remember that it can be a human or a Sonic character.I'm only taking ten, and a few of those spots are filled already. Sorry

I'm getting ready to go back to school after Thanksgiving... but only for a partial day. (Been out from being sick and all. Not H1N1 or anything. Pain in my side and everything since August... Yeah.) I'm sort of nervous. I'm thinking I'll walk in and everyone would be like 'omg. it's you. where'd you go? did you die or somthing?'
